Postage + Handling

Turnaround Time

As all our products are handmade with love and care, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be dispatched. This timeframe does not include weekends or public holidays and may increase during busy seasons (e.g. Christmas or major sales periods). That said, we often complete and ship orders sooner whenever possible.

Every item is made to order, so we truly appreciate your patience. If you need your order urgently, please get in touch , we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Postage

We offer flat rate shipping to keep things simple and predictable for you. No surprises at checkout.

You can choose between the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

During peak times (e.g., Christmas), please allow for additional time for both production and delivery.

We ship via Australia Post and take special care to ensure your product is carefully packed to avoid damage. However, we rely on couriers to handle your parcel with care.

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the item. Kindly retain all packaging, including the shipping label, as this is required for us to process the issue.

Handling Items

We source top-quality materials for our products, but please note that many of them are fragile and/or contain small pieces.

  • Take care when handling and hanging our products, and ensure they are kept out of reach of children.
  • Do not hang anything above cots.
  • Be cautious when inserting and removing cake toppers.
  • Please do not allow your child to put the product in their mouth. These products are not toys and are intended for photography and décor purposes only.

Pick Up

We offer local pickup from Luddenham, NSW, by appointment only.

Please select “Pickup” at checkout, and we will contact you with the pickup address and available time.

Payment

All orders must be paid for in full before we begin the design and production process.

Refund Policy

As our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds. However, if there is an error on our part (because, let’s face it, human error can happen!) or an issue with your item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will do our best to assist you and will replace the item if necessary.
Refunds for change of mind are not generally available. In the event a refund is requested for change of mind, an 8% restocking fee will apply.
